Frequently Asked Questions

 

Do I need to pay for my tour when book it online?

 

Yes you will be asked to pay for the tour at the time of booking. 

 

Do we  have a cancellation policy?

 

Yes, you may cancel up to 5 days before your tour date with no fee. Since full payment for the tour is required 5 days prior any cancellations made within 5 days of the tour date are not eligible for full or partial refund.

 

If I’m booking a large group can people pay separately?
 

Yes you can pay separately, just send us an email and we will take care of the booking.

Who picks the Breweries?

 

We will typically have the tours set up.  But during the booking process you will be asked to recommend stops on our list. We try to visit stops recommended the most. Private Groups with can pick exactly where to visit from our list.

 

How much beer?

 

Each person will receive (4) 4oz. tastings at each location.

Are their tasting fees?

 

NO, we pay for the tasting fees at each stop in our all-inclusive ticket price.

 

Is a meal served?

 

Yes a meal is included in the tour price on the Day Tours. For the Evening Tours, most stops have some type of food that you can purchase. 

 

How long are the tours?

 

Day tours are usually 6-7 hours long.   Evening tours are usually 3-4 hours long.

 

Where can I be picked up?

 

We will meet at the Figueroa Mountain Brewing, in Westlake Village, for the Westlake Tours.

We will meet at Whole Foods in the Collection at Riverpark in Oxnard, for the Ventura Tours.

 

Will you wait for me if I’m running late?

 

If you have provided us with a contact number we will try to call you at least a few minutes before we leave. 

Please note, because we are dealing with so many different businesses and moving parts though we simply cannot leave any later than the departure time listed for each tour, which is the first time you see listed. We therefore strongly suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to departure. 

 

Do I have to be 21 to buy a ticket?

 

Yes! ALL IDs will be checked at least once by the SipTrip staff and there is a chance your ID will be checked at other establishments we visit as well. 

Can I book a Private Tour?

 

Yes. Please email us for details. 

 

Can I book a tour last minute?

 

We will try our best to accommodate last minute tour requests.

However, we suggest booking at least 3 days before the tour date.
